The International Institute for Strategic Studies publishes The Transatlantic Dialogue on Climate Change and Security, “a forum in which policy-makers within the Transatlantic community can consider the security implications of climate change. We aim to build common ground regarding the strategic consequences of climate change, and potential actions to mitigate its effects.”
