Just turned in “The Oracle of Oil” to the publisher

06 Nov 2013

It’s been a while since I’ve posted on here, since I’ve been busy writing a book, tentatively titled The Oracle of Oil. It’s the first biography of maverick geologist M. King Hubbert, often called “the father of peak oil” for his pioneering forecasts of an approaching peak and decline of oil.

I just turned in the manuscript to the publisher—W. W. Norton—on Friday, November 1, and it will be going through editing over the next several months. Stay tuned for more updates!

If you want to sign up for email updates on the book, see my website: The Oracle of Oil.
